A very ingenious combined day/date alarm clock and weather station which forecasts the local weather over a 12 hour period.

A moving weather forecast display shows sun, clouds and rain with varying degrees of intensity.

The unit comprises an outdoor sensor which communicates its readings by wireless transmission to the indoor alarm clock/weather station.
The outdoor sensor has an LCD display which shows outdoor temperature, and the indoor alarm clock/weather station has a large LCD display showing outdoor and indoor temperatures, humidity and air pressure (with a graphic display showing pressure change over the previous 12 hours). Maximum and minimum temperature readings are remembered by the unit and temperatures can be shown in Centigrade or Fahrenheit.

An attractive novelty alarm clock with AM/FM radio, in the form of a 1950s style petrol pump, which has the AM/FM waveband switch and On/Off/Radio/Light/Alarm function switches cleverly disguised as the petrol filler pipe attachments on the left hand side of the unit.
Rotary controls on the right hand side provide volume and tuning and windows in the back of the clock provide volume level and tuning frequency indication.
